Four new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Orange, as the Western NSW Local Health District figures declined.

Across the district, the numbers were down on the previous day's figures with 23 cases of community transmission identified. It followed 29 cases on Wednesday and 54 cases on Tuesday, which was a new high for the region in this outbreak.
The cases also included 18 for Dubbo and one for Brewarrina.
No new cases were announced for Bathurst, Blayney or Cabonne.
However, a drive-through COVID-19 testing site has been established at Molong on Thursday, September 2, following the detection of virus fragments in samples taken from Molong sewage treatment plant on August 30.
The drive-through testing site will operate at the Molong Railway Station from 10am to 2pm from Thursday, continuing on Friday and Saturday.
Western NSW LHD is encouraging everyone in the community to come forward for testing and re-testing.
Deputy premier John Barilaro said Dubbo continues to lead the cases in Western NSW but pleasingly the number of vaccinations have increased from 35 per cent to 69 per cent.
A walk-up vaccination hub will be stationed at the new DPI building from September 6, offering both AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines.

Across NSW there were 1288 cases in the 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday, up from the 1116 fresh cases announced a day earlier.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said 121,000 people in NSW came forward to get vaccinated in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
The total number of vaccines administered in NSW is now 7,101,918, with 2,656,870 doses administered by NSW Health to 8pm last night and 4,445,048 administered by the GP network and other providers to 11:59pm on Tuesday, August 31.
"We passed that seven million jab mark which is of court outstanding," she said.
"Unfortunately there were seven deaths and we extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of those people who lost their lives."

Those who died included a man in his 80s from south-western Sydney who died at Campbelltown Hospital.
A woman in her 80s from south-western Sydney died at Liverpool Hospital.
A man in his 70s from south-western Sydney who died at Liverpool Hospital. He acquired his infection at the hospital and is the 12th death linked to this outbreak.
A man in his 80s from Sydney's north died at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. He acquired his infection at the hospital.
A man in his 50s from south-western Sydney died at Royal North Shore Hospital.
A man in his 80s from south-western Sydney died at St George Hospital.
A woman in her 70s from south-western Sydney died in Campbelltown Hospital.
There have now been 107 COVID-19 related deaths in NSW since June 16, 2021, and 163 in total since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently 957 COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital, with 160 people in intensive care, 64 of whom require ventilation.
Ms Berejiklian said there were 173,913 tests reported to 8pm Wednesday.
The total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 29,202, and there have been been 23,586 locally acquired cases reported since June 16, 2021, when the first case in this outbreak was reported.
