It's an outcome many would have seen coming as the region's lock down isn't set to be lifted until midnight on Sunday, with the general consensus that it will stretch longer than that.
Mudgee and Bathurst Panthers got their Saturday card of action out of the way, and all results from those fixtures will stand, naturally.
Beyond that, all games will be declared a draw, meaning teams who weren't able to play last Sunday will be given a point for those matches as well.
"This round's not going to go ahead, it will be a COVID draw," Zamparini said.
"It's going to be a point for everyone, and that's the same for the games that couldn't go ahead last round a s well."
As it stands, Group 10 plans to keep the five-team semi-finals format in place, but if the committee is forced to push the season back again, there's a chance the post-season bracket will be reduced.
This will put fifth-placed teams at serious risk of having their season cut short, although it's all speculation at this stage.
"If lock down doesn't finish this weekend, we'll have to re-hash it and have another look," he said.
"We certainly don't want to have to slash it to top four. In a perfect world, we come out of lock down this weekend and everything goes ahead as normal."
The ruling means Daniel Mortimer's Orange CYMS side is crowed the 2021 minor premiers, finishing just one point ahead of the fast-finishing Panthers.
Blayney Bears will finish the second-grade campaign on top of the table, with Pat's, CYMS and Hawks will finish first in league tag, under-18s and under-18s tag, respectively.
The first-grade club with the most to lose from this adjudication is Bathurst St Pat's as Zac Merritt's men are a genuine chance of being trimmed from the semi-finals bracket.
