A lot of club leaders are guilty of putting too much thought into what's happening in the present, but Centrals' new president Kyle Nonnenmacher is shifting the emphasis to future endeavors as the red and blacks leader is taking a juniors-first mentality ahead of the summer.

He's long been with the club as a player and helper, but 'Nonny' is set to take a much more strenuous role this year, something he's more than ready for.
"It's one of those jobs that maybe not everyone wants," he said.
"But, my kids are now coming up at the club and I wanted to help make sure that we have a strong focus on juniors here.
"We want to build up that base again and fast-track a lot of those resources."
Not only does the club plan on integrating more junior and senior training sessions, but it's parted ways with the Royal Hotel as its major sponsor, in order to link up with the Robin Hood Hotel, a more family-friendly venue.
"The relationship we had with the Royal was great, and they were great," he said.
"But, the Robin Hood has more child-friendly areas and it's a good way to get the younger club members to come to events and meet the older players."
This summer marks 10 seasons since the club won a first-grade premiership, and Nonnenmacher hopes to see all grades push for finals berths.
"We've got a few new players come into the club," he said.
"We want to be making the finals in every grade... that's our goal."
First-grade's Edward Dodds might not be a new player, but he's the man who's been picked to lead the top-tier outfit into battle this season.
"It's a bit of a fresh coat of paint for the side and some new ideas," he said.
"Everything's heading in the right direction."
As for now, Centrals is constantly pushing its training sessions and ongoing events via social media, something Nonnenmacher thinks is crucial.
"We've got some big events coming up, and we just want to continue to grow bigger and stronger."
