On Wednesday, June 16, Coco Jumbo from the very first Australian series of RuPaul's Drag Race will host the pub's first "Gender Bender Bingo" night.
The Drag Race star will take to the stage with fellow Sydney queen Penny Tration from 7pm for five rounds of bingo with prizes for each round, plus a $250 jackpot.
According to Carriers Arms Hotel owner Ed Hattersley, judging by the reception the event has so far received - with all 100 tickets selling out in the first day or so-, the bingo night could become a regular event.
"They're pretty fun and offer something a bit different," he said.
"We're planning to do it on Wednesdays so whether it's weekly or fortnightly, it will be determined on how this first night goes."
For local RuPaul fans, the night's big drawcard will be Coco Jumbo.
Prior to competing on RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under, she was voted Sydney's Favourite Drag Queen and DIVA Entertainer of the Year 2017.
In the same year, she made national headlines for saving a man from a homophobic attack - while dressed in full drag.
While Wednesday's event has sold-out, more bingo nights will advertised on the pub's Facebook page and website.
