After a two-year absence, the long-running community event will return this year, with a host of changes from previous events.
Registrations will be capped at 750 participants, who will be encouraged to 'get in, race and get out' to limit any COVID-19 risk.
Entries will be online only, and all participants will be required to fill in a COVID declaration.
The course will not have any drink stations, and bib pick-up for all Bathurst-based participants will take place the day before [Saturday, September 18] from 8am to 12pm.

Non-Bathurst participants will be able to pick up their bib on the day.
There will be no barrel draw or presentation ceremony, but the standard cash prizes for the first [$1000], second [$500] and third [$300] male and female place getters remain.
The late Lou Shehade, a long-time committee member for the jog, will be honoured with the awards for first male and female Bathurst participants past the post.
