He said they had yet to determine the running order for the ticket.
They have also opened a website where the team's pitch is focussed on being young.
"We are young people who have lived long-term in Orange and plan to be here for many more years," it says.
"We all have young families and are very motivated to make this city the best it can be.
"We don't claim to have solutions for every challenge facing Orange but we can provide a fresh perspective if elected to council."
It also says the team will seek to strengthen water security in Orange, will want to work with Cabonne Council to have winter access to Mount Canobolas, work to fix potholes and footpaths and improve infrastructure planning in new developments.
The website has messages from each of the candidates.
Ms Lowe said she was a physiotherapist at Dudley Hospital and was actively involved in sport in Orange, including AFL and netball.
"My sister Lauren and I participated in Stars of Orange in 2019. Together we raised $6700 for the Cancer Council which we are both incredibly proud of," she said.
Dr Grant said she worked with Dr Peterson in the emergency department at Orange Hospital before his cycling accident in 2018.
She said was a consultant in emergency medicine and now provides critical care telehealth support to the region.
"I would love to see more development focused on activities and spaces for children of all ages in Orange," she said.
"I am also supportive of our group's focus on water conservation and would like to support strategies to future-proof our town from the devastating impacts of drought.
"Rural health is an obvious focus of mine that I will continue to support in any way possible."
