The national furniture and bedding retailer has secured a tenancy in the Sentinel Group Australia-owned Orange Homemakers Centre.
It is moving into the former Sam's Warehouse building in a deal negotiated through Sentinel leasing executive Tim McDonnell.
Mr McDonnell said Fantastic Furniture hopes to be open for trading by late June this year.
Fantastic Furniture, which has more than 80 stores across Australia.
It has taken out a long-term lease at the centre and will occupy a building that offers floor space of about 3058 square metres.
Brisbane-based Sentinel purchased the Orange Homemakers Centre for $18.3 million in December, 2013.
Fantastic Furniture will join ASX-listed national retailers including Harvey Norman, Supercheap Auto, Sheridan, Spotlight, BCF, Early Settler and Autobarn at the location.
