Courtney Brown had been working out of Kink Hair and Beauty in Summer Street since December before opening up her own shop.
"I've always worked for everyone else and I wanted to offer services to people in Orange that isn't readily available around here," Miss Brown said.
She said her services include cosmetic tattooing, body sculpting to help eliminate excess fatty deposits, and Intense Pulse Light Therapy for hair removal.
Miss Brown said she also does other regular beauty treatment such as brows, facials and skin treatments.
"I first started in my training back in 2016 while I was still at school," she said.

New sushi shop
A sushi shop has opened in Anson Street at the site of a former sushi shop.
Located next to Merv's and opposite Woolworths the shop sells ready-to-eat sushi.
It also has a menu of other Japanese cuisines including Udon noodle soup, ramen, curry rice and poke bowls.
Hotel revival planned
The Great Western Hotel is set to receive a staggered, large-scale renovation featuring an outdoor live entertainment venue, two new bars and an alfresco eatery.
The hotel revival is set to gradually be revealed from May and once complete it will see the addition of a luxurious lounge bar; a public bar named after former mayor and publican Patrick Kenna; and an all-new live entertainment garden that will attract live music acts to town.
Taking residence opposite the Orange railway station in 1879s, the Great Western was once the first stop off the train for workers and travellers to the town.
The redevelopment will honour Mr Kenna's mark on the pub.
Next to the bar will be a lounge bar, featuring references to cool, retro icons such as Steve McQueen and Dean Martin.
Along with the renovated public bar, the bistro will be renamed Lola's, dedicated to the first woman to run the pub, Lola Miller.
There will also be substantial upgrades to all rooms in the traditional hotel accommodation.
