Council also agreed to place a masterplan for the upgrading of Lake Canobolas on public exhibition.
It features improvements including a visitor centre, boat shed and boardwalks for the lake precinct.
Council also approved street closures for Sunday's COVID-19 affected Anzac Day march.
Entry to Robertson Park for both the Dawn and main services require people to apply for tickets with many still available.
And council has backed moves to celebrate Orange's milestone 75th and 175th anniversaries this year with public events and commemorations.
