One Strength owner Lyle Davis said the creche runs for children aged between two months and five years.
"It will be ongoing for sure, Monday to Friday, 9am to noon," Mr Davis said.
"We sort of thought there's a bit of a gap in the market.
"There's a fair few people who are missing out on training because they have children and aren't able to take them to the gym.
"Someone shouldn't miss out because they have kids."
Mr Davis said the gym was also able to start the creche after Jodie Stewart came on board.
"She's really experienced," Mr Davis said.
He said parents can book in with a day or two notice and they can book up to one-and-a-half-hour timeslot and the cost is included in the membership.

Pick Me Flowers and Gifts has moved to a larger premises.
The florist and gift shop had been based in the Orange Arcade next to Scrumptious Cafe but has moved around the corner into Sale Street and is reopening on Wednesday.
Pick Me Flowers and Gifts owner Jane Hyde said she is also launching Pick Me flower subscriptions, which would enable people to subscribe to have flowers delivered to their door for four deliveries.
The business also sells a range locally-made products in its gift range.
Open for business
BNB Made Easy has hosted a soft launch for its booking service Book Orange and has a new website that is about to go live.
BNB Made Easy founder Tim Mortimer said Bec Hammond is taking care of Book Orange and in the next month or two she will bring more local businesses on board to increase the range of services. He said it would make it easier for guests to access baby sitters, wine tours, cheese platters and photographers.
"Bec did a big rebrand and the new website is going up this week," Mr Mortimer said.
"We've got BNB Made Easy as the management side and we realised how much money gets sent out of the region from Orange bookings.".
He said about $235,000 from Airbnb bookings in Orange went overseas in January and February.
