Club manager Madeleine Waters said the fundraiser would give back to a business that has supported the club over the years.
"Cafe Latte has been one of our major sponsors for the last few years," Mrs Waters said.
"They always come on board with our annual sponsorship, we've also had their children involved in the club for many, many years."
She said he hoped to Friday evening's event will take a bit of pressure off Cafe Latte owners Aaron and Emma Wright.
Mrs Waters said the fundraiser would be an open gym session for children aged six years and older and there would be games and ninja challenges as well as free time in the gym.
Mrs Waters said the event will run for one and a half hours from 5pm Friday and entry will be $15 with bookings to be made online at the club's website.
It is believed the fire started in an apartment above Cafe Latte where smoke was seen about 11.30am.
