The defending champs had to bring their best against top seeds Cobras in the Seniors A decider to come away with a 6-1 victory.
The winners were thrilled with the title after going into the game without star player Nikita Williams.
"The whole team played brilliantly to lift their games to compensate for the absence of our star player, Nikita. So much so that I had a relatively easy time in the goals," Jets captain and goalkeeper Gavin Pilossof said.
"Thanks, also, to Cobras for a good game and a great season to top the table. I felt the score flattered us a little."
The opening quarter was a battle with Bec Wilson opening the scoring for Jets before Oscar Hoffman levelled things for Cobras.
Brett Wells made it 2-1 to Jets in the second quarter before he added another in the third period, along with Cameron Martin's double to push the lead out to 5-1.
Brad Timbs closed out the scoring in the final period to secure the title for Jets.
They may have scored six goals but it was Jets' defence which helped them to the win as they had a difficult task of closing down the strong attack of all the Cobras, especially Sam Archer and Kate Hannigan.
All four Orange Water Polo grand finals didn't disappoint with some outstanding matches played.
Competition newcomers Team Platypus completed the ultimate debut season by claiming the Seniors B crown.
They toppled KWS 2nds 7-5 in a see-sawing match. Rex Gallaher bagged five goals for Team Platypus while Lara O'Brien led the charge for KWS 2nds with three.
The Intermediates decider went into golden goal extra-time after KWS Barracudas and KWS Orcas were locked at 7-all after four quarters.
KWS Orcas were awarded a five-metre in the golden goal period and Jessie Tudor nailed a fabulous penalty shot to give her side the 8-7 win.
The Juniors showed off some fantastic skills in their grand final with KWS Kraken edging out Wave Riders 6-5 in a thriller.
Emily Clunas nailed an impressive four goals for KWS Kraken and Ava Ward scored a double. William Pell and Josiah Dirs bagged a double each for Wave Riders.
