Norris brings with her a wealth of coaching success having guided Queensland club side Burleigh to five premierships in six seasons.
The confirmation will see Norris go head-to-head with recently appointed NSW coach Kylie Hilder.
The Maroons will re-ignite their rivalry with NSW on June 25 at a venue expected to be confirmed by the NRL in the coming weeks.
