Nardi Marie Daphne Jane Sullivan, 21, of Anson Street was not present in Orange Local Court on Monday when she was convicted by magistrate David Day and fined on two counts of larceny.
Sullivan was captured on CCTV on the evening of November 6, 2020, stealing the bottle of bourbon from the Summer Street bottle-shop. Then, less than 24-hours-later, she was captured returning to the store on November 7 to take another 700ml bottle.
The 21-year-old was apprehended by police two months later outside the same store.
When questioned about the November offences, Sullivan told officers: "I don't remember it but I probably did it".
She was ordered to pay a $110 fine for each offence and to compensate Dan Murphy's Orange $73.85 - the value of both bottles she took.
