A series of road upgrades across Orange begin on Monday.

On Monday, hot-mix asphalt is being laid at the Green Lane and Coronation Drive intersection.
This intersection will be closed between Coronation Drive and Hill Crest Avenue, with detours in place via Wiare Circuit and Noonameena Drive. Coronation Drive will be open.
Straight after the Green Lane upgrade, contractors will head to the Prince Street and Anson Street intersection on Tuesday. Here, the team will put hot-mix asphalt on the parking lanes in Prince Street and the intersection.
This street will be open but under traffic control during the day.
The Anson Street and Margaret Street intersection is the target for Wednesday with hot-mix asphalt works to partially close the intersection for one day.
Margaret Street will be closed on both sides of the Anson Street Intersection with a detour via Fox Avenue, Matthews Avenue and Jubilee Avenue.
Anson Street will be reduced to one lane, under traffic control. Sale Street between Byng Street and March Street is the target for Thursday. This section will be partially closed with one lane of traffic open and under traffic control.
Friday brings the team to Moulder Street between Anson Street and Sale Street, which will be under traffic control before the team heads to Peisley Street between Franklin Road and Gardiner Road on Saturday.
Orange City Council added that all work scheduled to take place next week is is dependent on the weather.
