"Our original uniform was green and red, so we've kept the red, and when you look at the positive space in the logo it looks as though two figures curve around, and these are the teachers," said principal Liz Beasley.
"When you look at the negative space you see a student with their arms uplifted."
The new logo appears on the updated school uniforms, which were made available at the school on Wednesday.
A special deal is being offered by the school to parents and carers: if you buy a hat ($10), shirt ($10) and jumper ($20) the school will throw in a jacket valued at $40 for free.
"That jacket is beautiful, it's a really nice wet weather and winter jacket," said Mrs Beasley.
There is a two-year window for students to change over to the new uniform.
