Cabonne Council general manager Brad Byrnes said the project tenders close on February 11.
Construction is expected to begin in April.
The project will include the demolition of the existing hall and the neighbouring cottage, and construction of a new community centre, which will include a community hall, library and meeting rooms.
"The facility will provide opportunities for more functions and space for the community to come together," Mr Byrnes said.
Any locals interested in providing services to the project should contact the tendering companies directly.
