A woman from Cargo has been charged over the fatal crash at Tomingley, 60 kilometres south west of Dubbo on Monday.

Just before 9am emergency services were called to Tomingley West Road, after a Holden Barina travelling west left the road and rolled several times.
The 34-year-old passenger was ejected from the vehicle.
She died at the scene.
The 33-year-old driver was treated by paramedics before she was taken to Dubbo Hospital for treatment and mandatory testing.
At 10am on Tuesday, after she was released from hospital, the driver was arrested.
She was taken to Dubbo Police Station where she was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, and negligent driving occasioning death.
The woman was refused bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday.
The Dubbo community has offered their sympathies to the family of the woman who was killed.
"Thoughts and prayers to family friends and loved ones of this beautiful soul," one person wrote on the Daily Liberal Facebook page.

Another person urged people to be careful when driving.
The fatality at Tomingley is the third in the state during the Christmas and New Year period.
The state-wide road safety operation started at 12.01am on Christmas Eve and finishes at 11.59pm on Sunday.
Double-demerit points are in force throughout the period for speeding, seatbelt, mobile phone and motorcycle helmet offences.
NSW Police officers will also be targeting other high-risk driver behaviour, including the Four Ds: drink, drug, dangerous and distracted driving.
