Australian Border Force officers seized 23 parts on Thursday from a property where they arrested the 28-year-old Chinese national.
He's been charged with importing tier two goods, contrary to the Customs Act, and will face court in February.
It comes after officers in Melbourne discovered 60 sex-doll parts, 41 of which were categorised as child-like, in October while investigating business dealings.
"The commercial nature of this importation should be seen as extremely concerning," ABF south acting commander Nicholas Walker said in a statement.
"These dolls are harmful and they have no place in the Australian community."
