The Genni Kane Band will be joined on the bill by Andy Gordon and John Kane in a concert presented by JAM Orange.
JAM president Paul Kelly said it had been a difficult year for musicians, whose work dried up in March.
"We haven't been able to stage any live concerts or open mic nights at the hotels around Orange, so essentially we spent the year after March regrouping and presenting music online in a program called Rockdown," he said.
Bloomfield Hall can typically hold 180 people for a concert, however changing COVID rules have meant the capacity has changed from an initial maximum of 75 to a current maximum of 150.
Social distancing will be in place, people must remain seated for the duration of the show and the wearing of masks is encouraged.
Tickets are $30 and available at the door.
Mr Kelly said there will be an open mic night at the Victoria Hotel on December 9.
