RAIN got in the way of most of the day one action across Orange and Bathurst but there were no such concerns over the weekend as teams got plenty of cricket in.

Cavaliers, St Pat's and Orange City all continued their excellent starts to the season with big wins while Centrals joined in on the fun.
Here's how round four panned out...
CITY COLTS (296) drew CENTENNIALS BULLS (6-234)
Blake Aubin notched up an unbeaten 123 as he helped the Bulls claim a draw in their opening two-day clash of the competition, hitting 17 fours and a pair of sixes.
He arrived at the crease with Bulls sitting on 2-24 early in Saturday's play, but with the team still eager to try and chase down Colts' total of 296.
And with the way Aubin started his innings that was looking like a realistic prospect.
However, Aubin had to dial back those ambitions shortly after bringing up triple figures and opted to play for the draw.
Together in an unbeaten 87 run partnership with Ethan Muller (44 not out), Aubin showed that he was also capable of being a defensive rock when required.
Bulls finished the day at 6-234 to split the points.
ST PAT'S OLD BOYS (5-299 dec.) defeated CYMS (109 and 2-98)
Bailey Brien (92) and Connor Slattery (75) took Saints to first innings points very early in Saturday's second day of play, passing the CYMS tally of 109 and looking to pile on the runs to try and claim outright success.
Cooper Brien (33 not out) and Derryn Clayton (37) also helped to take Saints to 5-299 declared.
Clayton's return to the competition gives Pat's added firepower with the bat, and in the space of two games he looks to have quickly got his eye in.
Brien came agonisingly close to notching up his first century of the season and what would have been his third in BOIDC.
Aquinder Dhillon claimed 2-51 for CYMS.
CYMS had 24 tricky overs ahead of them to try and prevent Pat's from claiming full points and they had a much improved time during their second innings.
Tom Satterthwaite (43) and Rory Daburger (33 not out) didn't come out with the intent to block everything that came their way, instead opting to play a balanced and natural innings in their successful quest to hold on.
CAVALIERS (228) defeated BATHURST CITY (119)
BATHURST City were kept well short of the target against a Cavaliers side playing at exactly the same level they were during the previous BOIDC season.
Cavaliers claimed a 109 run victory over Redbacks at the Sportsground, with Harry Pearce's figures of 4-10 from six overs a highlight for the Orange team.
Joey Coughlan (24) and Matt Willis (29) got the City chase off to a solid start but after they fell within five overs of each other at the hands of Kyle Buckley (3-20) the game swung heavily into Cavaliers' favour.
Clint Moxon (29) was the only other bright spot on the scorecard for the Redbacks as every other batsman fourth or below on the order failed to reach double figures.
Pearce shredded the Redbacks middle and lower order, at one stage claiming three wickets in the space of two overs without giving away a run.
Victory keeps Cavaliers riding high on top of the BOIDC ladder and makes them the team to watch heading further into two-day games.
ORANGE CITY (6-223) defeated RUGBY UNION (220)
JAMEEL Qureshi's 93 a week earlier had put Rugby Union in a solid position during their BOIDC game with Orange City but Blake Weymouth and Lachlan Coyte were able to respond with big scores of their own to claim victory.
Coyte (90 not out) and Weymouth (86) put on 86 runs for the second wicket to put City in a commanding position during their pursuit of 220.
Coyte added to his round one half century with another impressive score, arriving at the crease on Saturday with the score at 1-55 and not leaving until the job was done.
Opener Ben Schofield (20) briefly chipped in alongside Weymouth but his dismissal didn't do anything to hurt the City momentum.
Weymouth and Coyte managed to rack up 29 boundaries between them.
Hugh McIntyre (3-70) was the pick of the bowlers for Rugby.
Percy Raveneau (1-30) was the other wicket taker for Rugby as City caught the target with four wickets in hand.
