The Brumbies will travel to Pride Park on Saturday and clash with the Vipers in all four grades.
The Brumbies are winless through the opening two rounds of the 2020 season and will battle to run with the defending premiers, Vipers star Heidi Regan scoring five tries in her club's last start 68-10 demolition of Castlereagh.
The Goannas are also unbeaten to start the new season, however they face a much sterner test in the form of the hugely improved Woodbridge Cup. That clash is at Forbes' Spooner Oval.
Vipers will travel to Dubbo in round four for the grand final rematch with the Goannas at Apex Oval next week.
Saturday's games against Mid-west kick-off with the under 14s from 10am, followed by under 16s and under 18s.
The main game will begin at 2pm.
