The green and golds failed to fill some of vital positions, like president and secretary, and out-going boss Dom Maley was hopeful of more success, and a better attendance, a second time around.
The club's next AGM is on November 2 at Orange Cellars.
Maley will step back next season due to work and family commitments, but said given there was limited Group 10 action in 2020 he's hopeful more people will step up ahead of next season.

"We've had a year without community sport and hopefully that makes people realise the value of it, and the contribution sporting clubs make in the community," he said.
"I'm hoping the break has been reinvigorating and everyone's keen to have a crack next year."
Maley said all positions will again be declared vacant at the club's second AGM on Monday week.
"Anyone sitting on the fence, now's the time to get involved," he added.
