With double demerits in action since Thursday, Central West Police District Acting Inspector Brian Duffy said no charges had been laid over Saturday and Sunday, with one low-range charge handed out on Monday morning.
"We've had a lot of random breath tests and traffic stops over the weekend," he said.
"From all accounts it's been pretty good."
He said the good track record was "almost unheard-of", with no major accidents or deaths on the Central West's roads over the long weekend, with plenty of people from Orange heading down to the coast or to Sydney or vice-versa.
