It was the day her son Cody Ramsey made his long-awaited debut for the St George Illawarra Dragons and scored a pair of tries in what was a dream performance from the 20-year-old.
And while the majority of discussion in the wake of the the 37-8 loss should be centred around Ramsey, Stojanov's drawn some attention of her own after a reaction video of her in the grandstands went viral during the game.
With 27 seconds to go in the first half, the Canberra Raiders were attacking down a short side when Ramsey intercepted a Jarrod Croker pass and looked certain to score an unprecedented first-half hat-trick.
As he was passing the half way line, the referee blew a penalty against Ramsey for being offside and Stojanov shouted a few choice words towards the action - all in good fun, of course.
"I'm just a footy Mum and we all have passion for our kids," Stojanov said.
"I jumped up to cheer him on and had all this aggression... I don't often do something like that.
"I dropped the F bomb and turned around and said 'I hope no one saw that'.
"I'm not different to any other Mum that's going out there on a Saturday."
A third try would have been nice and so would a Dragons' victory but all in all, it couldn't have gone much better for the Molong kid and his army of 50 loved ones that jumped on a bus to come watch him play.
"You can't ask for any more for a kid's debut," he said.
"That's all you want from him. He paved his way and he's done amazing.
"The atmosphere down there was amazing and Cody was so happy to see people he knows after the game. He was overwhelmed with the support."
Ramsey's path to the NRL has been well documented as a juggled a full-time plumbing job with his prospective professional career but the 20-year-old's aspirations to play in the big leagues kicked off when he was a little kid.
"He was always that kid walking around town with a footy in his hands," she said.
"It's been that way since he was five years old.
"When he first got a Facebook account when he was a teenager, his employer was listed 'NRL'. He's always wanted to be here."
Ramsey's goal has always been to play in the NRL but a secondary goal of his is to do his hometown proud, something he certainly did on Saturday.
"Molong's on the map and that's what Cody wants," she said.
"This is his town and loves that everyone's supporting him.
"It gives the town a bit of spirit after the droughts and COVID. Everyone in Molong - and Manildra as well - is celebrating right now."
The St George Illawarra Dragons will play the Newcastle Knights at the Hunter in round 19 and while the team sheets haven't officially been released, you can expect Cody Ramsey's name to be there.
