Both sides are undefeated through five games in 2020 and will be looking for bragging rights before squaring off again in the first round of the finals.
While they haven't quite slid out to underdog status, City coach Cindy Gilchrist understands how much talent is spread throughout Life Studio's roster and says if her girls don't play to their strengths, they could be in trouble.
"We need to play our own game like we've done throughout the whole year," she said.
"We'll play them two weeks in-a-row so tomorrow's going to be a feeling out game and we'll have our eyes on the prize next weekend.
"It's about consistency for us and that's what we want to achieve tomorrow."
Life Studio boasts a strong roster as many of the players on the team make up the Orange representative side.
Not only do they have experienced rep girls, they've got a returning star as well.
"Charlotte Penny is an impact player for them... we have to be very wary of her," she said.
"On paper their team is very good. It's just going to come down to who shows up on the day."
The first week of the ONA semi finals will feature a first vs. second clash and considering neither side can fall out of the top two, a rematch will be on deck for the first game of the postseason.
A lot will be on the line for fifth-placed Hawks Royal in their clash against Hawks Banksia Building as they will be relying on the fourth-placed Life Studio Sportspower to lose to OHS Hornets which would allow them to secure the last finals spot with a win.
Orange City and Life Studio will get underway at 1pm.
