Racing returns to the venue on September 21, marking the first time crowds will be allowed through the doors in 2020.
Meetings were held behind closed doors after the onset of the pandemic, while races also had to be moved to Bathurst and Dubbo after Towac Park's surface was hit hard by drought.
Now, there's almost the opposite problem, with Orange being inundated with rain and snow in the past month.
Racing Orange executive director Bree McMinn said she was excited to see racing back on deck.
"We're looking forward to it, it'll be good to have people back," she said.
Owners and trainers will be allowed into the track, as well as up to 500 spectators, and was optimistic about the season ahead with the dam full going into summer "for the first time in three years".
There'll be nine meetings at Towac Park across 2020-21, with two Friday meetings, one Saturday and one Sunday meet.
The Orange Gold Cup will be held on April 16, while there will be four meetings before Christmas - on September 21, October 6, November 20 and December 14.
