Since lockdown, these haven't been available, but people will be allowed back into the Orange library this week as Central West Libraries will lift more restrictions from this week.
People will be able to borrow and return books, while public computers can also be used for a short period of time per person.
People will also be able to sit in the library to read and study, as well as using printing and photocopying facilities.
Sessions for public PCs will be limited to 30 minutes, while the number of PCs available will be reduced to address social distancing.
Visitors will need to record their contact details for contract tracing.
However, current reduced for the library hours will stay in place - with opening times of 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm Saturday and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday.
Members also have to use the self-check kiosk unit, meaning they must bring their library card, but newspapers, local studies room and Storytime and Pageturners will continue to be put on hold.
The library was shut down in March along with most council facilities, and reopened last month alongside the visitor information centre and the museum.
Most parts of the city have reopened in one form or another since all non-essential businesses and services were grounded in March.
Contact the library on 6393 8132 if you have any questions about opening hours or services.
