The shape and colour of welcome signs drew a lot of debate at the last meeting with the decision on which one should welcome people to the city deferred until tonight.
A major report into the shape and structure of the Orange CBD will be presented to council.
The OC FutureCity report proposes a pedestrian-friendly theme with zebra crossings, bike paths, a 40 km/h speed limit for cars and less on-street parking just some of many recommendations.
And a plan to rezone land on the corner of the Northern Distributor Road and Leeds Parade to enable a fast food and tourist precinct to be created in north Orange is also on the agenda.
Council will again meet via a Zoom meeting with social distancing rules stopping a public meeting being held at the council chambers.
