Police say the 19-year-old is safe and well.

EARLIER, 3pm, May 19:
Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from west of Walgett.
Nicholas Rosser, aged 19, was last seen at a campsite with friends, about 11 kilometres west of Walgett on the Barwon River on Brewon Road.
The man left the campsite about 7.30am on Monday to go hunting and did not return.
Mr Rosser is believed to frequent the Orange area and is described as being of casucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of a slim build, and with brown hair and brown eyes.
It is believed he was wearing shorts and a brown hooded jumper with brown boots.
Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare and urge anyone who sees Mr Rosser to come forward.
