Chifley Police District received complaints about the woman's driving at Kelso and stopped her for a breath test about 11.40am.
After the 23-year-old returned a positive roadside breath test she was
arrested and taken to Bathurst police station where a breath analysis
returned an alleged reading of 0.335.
The woman's licence has been suspended and she was granted conditional bail to face Bathurst Local Court on Monday, July 13.
She was one of six high-range drink drivers caught in a terrible weekend for NSW police.
Traffic and Highway Patrol commander, Assistant Commissioner Michael Corboy, said incidents like these horrified officers and should alarm other road users.
"It is inconceivable that any driver - young or old, country or city - could think it was acceptable behaviour," Assistant Commissioner Corboy said.
"The choices being made by these drivers puts every person on the road at risk.
"This is irresponsible driver behaviour of the worst kind."
The other high-range drink-driving arrests included:
- A 34-year-old man who allegedly blew 0.189 after he was stopped in Cowra about 11.55am on Saturday.
- A second 23-year-old woman who allegedly blew 0.192 after she stopped at Mudgee about 12.25am on Saturday.
- A 39-year-old man who was charged after he was allegedly being found asleep in his car stopped at traffic lights at Kyeemagh on Saturday night. Police will allege he blew 0.257 in a breath test at Sutherland Police Station.
- A 34-year-old man whose breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.174 after he was stopped on Morgan Street, Broken Hill, about 10.45pm on Saturday.
