The meeting has been postponed to enable discussion of the annual budget.
The April 21 meeting decided to defer the decision to put the draft budget on exhibition for community comment.
Following discussions with a number of councillors, the May 12 meeting will consider a draft budget which the council said would include a number of changes.
The meeting will happen via a video conference, which will be livestreamed on the council's live YouTube channel.
Cabonne Council has also started holding its meetings via video conference, but the footage is uploaded at the meeting's conclusion.
