CEO Andrew Major announced on Thursday the airline had entered into an agreement with the federal government to provide a basic service to all its regional ports, including Orange.

Under the new arrangement flights from Orange to Melbourne will depart on Mondays and Thursdays.

Flights to Brisbane will depart on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Under current rules people flying to Brisbane, who did not have an exemption, will have to undergo self-isolation for 14 days.

Mr Major said the flights had been underwritten by the federal government's COVID-19 Regional Airline Network Support program announced on March 28.

"We are very pleased regional communities can retain these vital air links," he said.

"This program provides critical connectivity at a key time for regional Australia and positions regional airlines to rebuild their scheduled services to pre-pandemic levels upon resolution of the current crisis.

"We have undertaken a thorough review of our procedures to ensure that appropriate travel health measures are in place to ensure a safe, pleasant and comfortable journey for our passengers."

Bookings are now open for the airline's flights from May 4 to August 28.

A company statement said customers whose travel plans were affected by the suspension of flights on March 25 had been provided with a travel credit for the value of their ticket.

It said it was available for use on the Fly Corporate network within 12 months of the original ticket issue date.

"Fly Corporate is waiving normal change fees, however at time of rebooking, one change will be permitted and fees for any differences in fares and/or applicable taxes may apply," it said.

Due to the changing coronavirus situation Fly Corporate has not locked in flights from September which are under review.
