A 60-year-old man was rescued from a partially submerged vehicle almost three hours after he crashed on an unsealed road in an isolated area at Gowan on Tuesday.

Police responded to reports of a car crash on Gowan Road, Gowan about 11.15am on Tuesday and found a vehicle resting on its side and partially submerged in a creek.
The driver, a 60-year-old man was still inside the vehicle.
Police helped the man out of the vehicle and provided first aid until the arrival of NSW Ambulance officers.
The driver said he had been stuck in the car since crashing about 8.30am that morning.
A German Shepherd dog which had been in the vehicle at the time of the crash remained in the area and police took care of the dog.
The dog was taken to the RSPCA shelter for further care until the driver is in good enough health to care for it again.
Police are reminding drivers to take extra care on the roads and be aware that every police vehicle can conduct random breath tests.
In addition to the crash, Orange police had interactions with several people over night on Tuesday in regard to breaching COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Police are reminding people to stay home to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
Fines can and will be issued to people who leave their home without reasonable excuse.
