Two men have been arrested and are expected to face court on Wednesday after a man was assaulted and forced into a vehicle at knife point during an aggravated break and enter last year.

About 8pm on Sunday, September 22, the two men are alleged to have forced entry to a home on McLachlan Street where they confronted a 24-year-old male resident of the home.
Police allege the men threatened the occupant while demanding money and property, before assaulting him with a pole.
Police were told the men stole numerous items from around the house before forcing the occupant into his vehicle at knife point and driving to a nearby bank.
It is alleged the man escaped from the vehicle at the intersection of Summer Street and Lords Place and sought refuge in a vehicle being driven nearby.
Officers attached to the Central West Police District established a crime scene at the McLachlan Street home after then man reported the incident.
Following extensive inquiries, officers arrested a 35-year-old man at 9.45pm on Saturday, April 11, at a business on Bathurst Road.
He was taken to Orange Police Station and charged with taking and detain a person while in company and with the intent to get a financial advantage while causing bodily harm.
The 35-year-old was also charged with aggravated break and enter as a serious indictable offence, stealing the vehicle and disguising or blackening his face with intent commit an indictable offence.
A 28-year-old man was also arrested at 2.45pm on Tuesday, April 14, at a home on Allenby Road and he was then taken to Orange Police Station.
The 28-year-old was also charged with aggravated break and enter as a serious indictable offence, take/detain in company with intent to get an advantage causing actual bodily harm, being carried in stolen vehicle and having his face blackened or disguised with the intent commit indictable offence.
Both men were bail refused to appear at Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday.
