THERE were no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Orange on Sunday morning however the number of cases in Cabonne jumped from two to three.

The number of confirmed cases in the Western NSW Local Health District sits at 40.
As of Sunday there were nine cases in Orange, as well as nine in Bathurst, six in Dubbo, three in Blayney, and four in the Mid-Western region.
There were also two cases at Coonamble and one case each in Narromine, Warren, Warrumbingle and Weddin shires.
Eight people from within the health district have recovered from COVID-19.
On Wednesday a 67-year-old woman died from complications relating to coronavirus in Orange.
There have still been no confirmed cases in Cowra, Forbes, Bogan, Oberon and Parkes council areas.
People are reminded to continue to thoroughly wash and clean hands and practice spacial distancing while coronavirus cases remain steady in the Orange region.
A spokeswoman from Western NSW Local Health District said it was critical that everyone continue to practice social distancing to minimise the risk of the transmission of COVID-19.
"This is important for everyone, but particularly for older people and people with health conditions that make them more vulnerable," she said.
"It's also important that we protect our health care workers who we need to stay well to provide care to people who become sick with COVID-19."
She said the best thing to do is to stay at home unless it is absolutely essential, and remember to:
- Clean your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub
- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or a flexed elbow
- Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
- Stay home if you are sick
- Keep your distance from others as much as possible through social distancing
