The annual Chamber Music Series will run on Friday night to help "lift the spirits" amid shutdown fears in the city, with four performers to take the stage.
Conservatorium director Donna Riles said the show might be the last in a while, and despite the government's announcement on Wednesday to limit indoor gatherings to less than 100 people, Mrs Riles said the expected audience was less than that.
"It might be our last show for a little while too so we wanted to get up and keep the spirits high," she said.
"We'd love to welcome a small crowd to support the music community as there might be some pain over the coming months."
While the Chamber Music Series was supposed to be exactly that - a series - Mrs Riles admitted there was a high chance this would the Con's last show for some time.

She said the four performers - Phil Rees OAM, David Shaw, Luija Zhang and Alina Zborowski - would be performing contemporary and romantic pieces, including a set of "music for six hands".
Rees, Shaw and Zhang would be taking part in that piece while also performing on tuba, flute and vocally respectively, while Zborowski would play violin.
"It's a beautiful program with gorgeous music," Mrs Riles said.
The Conservatorium's music program would continue "until instructed otherwise", Mrs Riles said, but there would be a transition for some students to online classes conducted over video in the coming weeks.
Mrs Riles said classes continuing meant the Conservatorium wouldn't be too hardly impacted by a potential shutdown for a few months, unlike some other cultural hubs in major centres.
Doors open at 6pm on Friday night with nibbles and drinks before the show commences at 6.30pm.
Tickets are available through the Conservatorium's website or a limited number at the door.
