Eight semi-trailers rolled down Escort Way this week bringing the stage, sound system and equipment required to entertain the crowd of 10,000 people.
With temperatures predicted to soar to close to 40 degrees, Heifer operations manager James Thomas said there'd be mist tents on site, free-drinking water and some tree coverage.
"There is some shade but it is going to be a very hot afternoon until the sun goes down," he said.
Heifer will provide its cellar door space as a 'green room' for performers, as well as operating a private bar for its members.
Promoters Roundhouse Entertainment will run it's own VIP bar, alongside two public bars.
The promoters bought in extra water tanks on Friday, in an effort to try to settle the dust.
"We're fighting a bit of a losing battle there I'm afraid," Mr Thomas said.
Gates officially open at 4pm on Saturday, although some people could be allowed in early depending on conditions.
Roundhouse Entertainment will 'bump out' throughout the evening on Saturday and Heifer Station will be business as usual on Sunday.
