They may have lost nightwatchman Cam Rasmussen on the final ball of the first week of their Bathurst Orange Inter-District Competition clash, but Centrals skipper Daryl Kennewell is confident his side has the batting power to chase down Bathurst City on Saturday.

While Rasmussen was "robbed" of the chance to produce a Jason Gillespe-esque innings, Kennewell said the youngster had done his job.
"We sent him out to face the three overs and he was out on the last ball, but we've still got all out batters in the shed," he said.
Kennewell said he was confident heading into the second day, but had some worries about how this week's rain would affect the pitch, with storms lashing the Central West on Thursday dumping much needed rain on parks, farms and - unfortunately for cricketers - cricket pitches.
"It was fairly good last week, there was a little bit off the deck and a few spots where it skidded through but hopefully it just skids onto the bat on Saturday."
His side will resume at 1-9 on Saturday in pursuit of 267 after Zac Reimer's five-wicket haul last week.
The Centrals batting line-up will need to shine to hit the total on Morse Park 1, but Kennewell is backing his batters in.
"Fletcher Rose has been in really good form with the bat, and you've got Dean Turner, Jake Pauletto and even Brent Anthony who's come up from second grade and looked pretty handy with a 60 against CYMS last game," he said.
Play resumes at 1.30pm on Saturday.
