The curtain has fallen on Schools Spectacular for another year as students settle back in after a big weekend of performance.

Students from schools across Orange have returned to class this week after shining on stage in the annual Schools Spectacular last Friday and Saturday.
Schools Spectacular creative director Sonja Sjolander said this year's theme was STARS.
"They really shone and together our galaxy of stars made the 2019 Schools Spectacular a show to remember," she said.
Among the thousand's of participant in this year's show were students from Anson Street School who took part in the D'Arts Ensemble.
Students from Bletchington and Calare Public Schools took part in both the combined choir and combined cance.
Students from Canobolas Rural Technology High School took part in the Aboriginal dance and combined dance, as did students from Orange High School who also had students in the combined choir.
Participants from Orange Public School also took part in the combined dance.
There were 5500 performers including a 100-piece orchestra, 20-piece stage band, 2800-voice choir, 2300 dancers, the D'Arts Ensemble disability program, an Aboriginal dance troupe, African dance troupe, puppets, aerialists and an indispensable behind-the-scenes team.
Students from 32 schools in the Western region hit the stage to sing, dance and perform on Friday and Saturday last week.
Schools Spectacular Co-Executive Producer, Jane Simmons, said the theme this year was STARS.
'We would love for everyone to feel the power, enthusiasm and sheer enjoyment of these talented young people," she said in a statement.
Although the students are back in the classroom, there are more thrills in store for performers when Schools Spectacular hits the small screen on December 7.
"For these students seeing the show they were part of is a real star moment. [The television performance] will showcase some of Australia's best emerging musical talent showcase by some of the best in the business. Every year people are amazed by what these students achieve," Ms Simmons said.
Schools Spectacular will be on Channel 7 at 7pm on December 7.
