ECCO president Neil Jones said the meeting would feature a presentation by Cadia's approvals and community superintendent Jane Chung.
He said the talk would cover current and future approvals for mine work, the type of work being conducted and community projects and programs associated with the expansion.
"This is a great opportunity for members of the community to hear first hand what Cadia Valley Operations has planned for the region's most significant mining project," he said.
The meeting will also discuss water management in Orange.
It is in the Campdale Room at Duntryleague Golf Cub from 7.30pm on November 27.
