Spring Hill (3-113) cruised past Centrals Wanderers (111) by seven wickets to stay on top, while Kaithamangalathu mesmerised Cavaliers with the ball before Singh backed him up with a hard-hitting half-ton in CYMS' successful chase.
Kaithamangalathu snared an incredible haul of 5-6 from eight overs - four of which were maidens - to reduce the maroons to 149, with Wayne Fisher (53) and Steve Nean (39) to only two bats to pass double figures.
Singh came to the crease at 1-5 and controlled the chase perfectly to finish unbeaten on 78 as CYMS cruised home with six wickets and 17 overs in the bank, with Manu Mohan (41) doing the bulk of the damage outside that.
In Saturday's other Third Grade encounters Orange City (7-106) edged past CYMS Kellys (102) and the Gladstone absolutely hammered competition newcomers Centrals White, the entire clash lasting just 30 overs.
After moving from back to the Gladstone this summer Troy Pearson ran riot against his old club, taking 5-12 from seven miserly overs as Centrals limped to just 47, it took just six overs for Gav Smith (39 not out) to lead his side home without loss.
CYMS rocketed to the top of the Second Grade standings with big win over Centrals in Saturday's top-of-the-table clash, the green and golds rolled home by five wickets, with Aquinder Dhillion the star.
While former first grade skipper Hamish Finlayson took game-best figures of 4-19 for CYMS, Dhillion provided him plenty of support in snaring 3-21 before guiding the now outright competition leaders home with the bat.
Chasing just 113 for victory, he came to the crease with CYMS in a precarious position at 4-52, but played a composed, chasing knock to finish unbeaten on 46 and steer his side home with 18 overs to spare.
Like CYMS in Third Grade, Orange City's Second Grade side was inspired by two superb individual efforts, from Glenn Robinson and Pat Giuffre.
Robinson proved unstoppable with the ball in taking 6-27 to help restrict Cavaliers to 9-171, before Giuffre shrugged off his early-season struggles with the bat to bludgeon 72 in the chase.
Adrian Mielke also chipped in with 41 from the top as the Warriors picked up their second win of the summer with four wickets in hand, and four overs to spare too.
Kinross Blue (5-115) got the better of Orange City in the second round of Centenary Cup though, maintaining their undefeated status and place on top of the table, while Kinross White (137) picked up their first win of the season by beating CYMS (107) by 20 runs.
