Former NRL stars Justin Carney, Josh Starling added to Western Rams squad to play France

After missing Western's trial win over Riverina Justin Carney and Josh Starling have both been added to the Rams' side to face France at Parkes next Wednesday night, with coach Tim Ryan confirming his squad on Wednesday afternoon.
