Fire danger has been rated as very high and UV levels are set to climb to the high level of six as sunny, warm days are forecast.
However, our first blast of spring will end late on Friday with the Bureau of Meteorolgy forecasting a 90 per cent chance of light showers of up to eight millimetres on Friday night.
It will be back into winter on Saturday with a forecast maximum of only nine degrees, strong winds and a 70 per cent chance of rain.
The bureau is forecasting the cool maximum will continue on Sunday and Monday however, with only a 20 per cent chance of much-needed rain.
