Jacob Aaron Quick, 34, of Coronation Drive, was caught for driving on the Mitchell Highway at 11.25am on June 19.
Magistrate David Day convicted him in his absence and issued an arrest warrant on August 7 so Quick could be present for sentencing.
"This is his fourth drive while disqualified offence," Mr Day said.
"His driving record is very bad, it wouldn't take too much for him to be taken into custody for unlicensed driving."
Mr Day disqualified Quick's driver's licence for a further 12 months and gave him a 12-month community correction order.
Quick had already been caught driving while disqualified on March 2 for breaching a driving disqualification he was given last year for mid-range drink driving.
According to police, his P2 driver's licence was disqualified until December 27, 2023, because he did not enroll in the interlock program for the mid-range drink-driving offence.
