If police see you leaving a pub and you have had a drink, you're breaching this order
- Magistrate Elizabeth Ellis
According to police, Hailes was on Molong Road waiting to turn right onto Burrendong Way when police saw his car at 9.30pm on April 4 and heard his tyres screech.
He told police he had six or seven drinks from 7 to 9pm.
Magistrate Elizabeth Ellis gave Hailes a 12-month community correction order with a condition he abstain from alcohol for six months, she also disqualified his driver's licence for six months and placed him on a 24-month interlock order.
