The Cargo Village Markets will return to the Cargo Village Green for the eighth time to raise some funds.
More than 50 stalls will set up to sell their wares while raising some money for Little Wings.
Organiser Kathy Wicks said while entry was free, school children would be collecting donations for the service which airlifted young patients west of the mountains to Sydney hospitals.
Mrs Wicks said since the markets began, donations and raffles had raised more than $16,000 for charities.
MAP: Where will the markets be held ...
"There are a lot of retirees in Cargo - the markets are a good day out close to where they live," she said.
"And donating to charity gives people a good feeling too."
This year's Cargo Village Markets will include a few new stallholders and some of the old favourites.
Pioneer Brewing Co's beer, Second Mouse Cheese and Farmer Doug's heritage spuds will all be up for grabs.
There will be coloured and embossed tiles, plants and a stallholder travelling from Dubbo to sell a huge variety of packaged nuts and freshwater pearls.
For those heading to Cargo at lunch time, there will be five different food outlets to fill up on, which include vegetarian, Cambodian, Thai, German street food, Trang Hue Vietnamese and a barbecue from the Lion's Club.
Coffee lovers can get their fix at Timber Tales cafe.
The Cargo Village Markets will run from 10am-2pm.
