Orange CYMS ran rampant at Wade Park on Saturday afternoon, withstanding an early barrage from the Blayney Bears before piling on 62 unanswered points to walk away with a massive Group 10 premier league victory.

The Bears threw everything at the green and golds for the first 13 minutes of the game but, encouragingly heading into the back half of the years, CYMS continually thwarted Blayney's raids and the floodgates opened once they were able to maintain some consistent possession.
In the last 65 minutes of the round 10 clash the Dom Maley-coached CYMS ran in 11 tries to none, scoring at almost a point-a-minute to claim a whopping 62-nil win and a massive differential boost too.
Ryan Griffin, Tim Mortimer, Maley and Luke Petrie all scored doubles while Aidan Baker, Tyrone Harrison and Travis Adelerhof touched down too.
Petrie scored the first at the 15-minute mark and Maley followed suit just five minutes later, and although a sense of foreboding swept across Wade Park as Ben McAlpine's second conversion sailed over the black dot to give CYMS a 10-nil lead.
Mortimer split Blayney's defence and touched down at the half-hour mark and Petrie picked up his second with a 105-metre team movement just two minutes out from the break.
McAlpine converted both to give the green and golds a 22-nil lead through the break, which Mortimer extended with his side just four minutes into the new half.
With a 28-nil lead and little to lose CYMS opted for a short kick after Blayney forced a rare line drop-out and they reaped the reward, the home side going 90 metres in two plays for winger Adelerhof to score under the sticks.
Blayney were playing with 12 after a sin-binning and Harrison dived over straight away, Maley grabbing his second in between Griffin's second-half double as well.
Steve Morris took the tee from McAlpine in the late stages for some kicking practice, slotting three conversions to cap off the easy win.
The victory and in particular their performance defensively looks an excellent foundation for CYMS to build from heading into the business end of the season, particularly considering they fielded arguably their strongest side of 2019 on Saturday too.
The next few weeks will be a telling period for Maley and his troops, with tough clashes against Oberon, Bathurst Panthers, the resurgent Lithgow Workies and the Cowra Magpies in the next month.
