The other newsrooms to close include Albury, Wagga Wagga and Queensland's Wide Bay (which covers Hervey Bay and Bundaberg).
Following WIN's announcement, NSW Nationals state director Ross Cadell took to Twitter to confirm the party would "immediately cease" its advertising.
"In the first six months of this year we spent close to $3 million advertising on regional television in NSW, but as of this moment I have instructed our party to immediately cease all advertising with WIN TV until they reverse the decision," he said.
The state election might have resulted in higher than average spending by the NSW Nationals, but Australian Community Media understands the advertising cuts will still mean a $250,000 revenue loss for WIN during the next six months.
Mr Cadell said the party would always fight for more services for in regional areas.
"We believe in the important role journalism plays not only in our democracy but in our communities, bringing people together and keeping them informed," he said.
Member for Orange Phil Donato expressed his sympathy for those impacted.
"I'm really said to see the demise of Win News in my town," Mr Donato said.
"Some fantastic journalists are losing their job."
The Shooters, Fishers and Farmers representative said regional journalism was essential to hold governments to account.
