The tour will follow the footsteps of some of the region's most infamous locals, including the legendary Ben Hall, Johnny Gilbert and their bushranging gang.
To keep attendees smiling, the full day tour will include gourmet food, music, craft beer, local wines and a good old-fashioned country pub lock-in.
Hosted by Orange-based tour operator Silver Compass Tours, tickets for the Bushranger Gang Food and Wine Adventure are $130 per person.
The ticket includes a return bus transfer from Orange; a guided walking tour of Canowindra; a visit to the Ben Hall gang's Bald Hill lookout, organic wine-tasting and cheese platters at Wallington Wines; a visit to the Escort Rock at Eugowra and a three hour pub lock-in at the Royal Hotel Canowindra with music and a Smoking Brothers barbecue lunch.
Blind Freddy's Bushranger Tours will lead the adventure to Escort Rock, the scene of one of the Ben Hall gang's most notorious crimes and Australia's biggest gold heist at the time.
Attendees will take the bus from the Orange Visitors Information Centre to Canowindra at 9am on Saturday. The bus will return to Orange at 7.30pm.
Tickets are limited and they can be purchased online at www.silvercompasstours.com.au or by contacting Kelly Picarazzi from Silver Compass Tours on 0437 091 503.
